PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APPLICATION "DSO Planner" - MARCH 13, 2017

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application DSO Planner (“Application”) for mobile devices. The Application is an app that will help you plan your astronomical observation sessions.

The application obtains the following information: location of your mobile device which is used to calculate azimuth and altitude of stars and astronomical objects; audio records when you specifically record an audio note about an astronomical object. The audio record is saved as a file to SD card of your mobile device.

The application does not collect and use any other user information. The application does not transmit any information to third parties.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the application processing the information as specified above.
